You can expect a combination of strength training, cardio, core stability, and HIIT through varied compound exercises using minimal equipment.
Equipment needed will vary with each class, and will include:

set of dumbbells (5-15 lbs each)

a chair/stool

mini-resistance band (light-heavy)

sliders/hand towels

ankle weights (2-5lbs each)

mini Pilates ball
