At Fit by Jeannie, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness classes and training sessions. Please review our policies regarding class bookings, cancellations, and refunds below.
Class Booking & Fulfillment

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our website, fitbyjeannie.com.

You will receive an email confirmation with details on accessing your class upon successful payment.

Live virtual classes will be conducted via Zoom and the link will be sent before class time.
Cancellations

Clients may reschedule a class up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time by logging into their account or contacting us at fitbyjeannie@gmail.com.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time are non-refundable but may be used for credit toward a future class at our discretion.

No-shows are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on single classes, class packages or memberships.

If a class is canceled by Fit by Jeannie, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Technical Issues & Late Arrivals

We recommend checking your internet connection and logging in a few minutes early for virtual classes.

If technical difficulties on our end prevent the class from running, we will provide a full refund or reschedule.

If you experience technical issues on your end, we are not responsible for missed classes but will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
